BoatPortugal.com is a new business we are building specifically for the Portuguese marine industry. It brings together 25+ years of experience from Boatshed, using proven tools, systems, and processes already working in other markets, and applies them locally in Portugal.

What BoatPortugal.com delivers:

A fully built digital platform for boat sales and a host of boat related technology we continue developing within www.BoatshedLabs.com

The Boatshed system is already operating in 16 countries at scale and the technology stack is proven. The only thing it needs is the right people to take ownership locally and start applying it in Portugal.

A Collaborative Business, Locally Owned

BoatPortugal.com is being set up as a locally owned and operated business, not a franchise or centralised model.

We’re offering a small group of founding partners the opportunity to be part of the business from the ground up. Not just to run it, but to own it too. This is a simple offer of shared ownership, not a licence or management role.

Each founding partner will:

Own a share of the business

Take responsibility for part of the operation

Help shape how the company grows

Decide who else joins the team and the wider network

This is a collaborative model. Everyone brings their time, energy, and knowledge of the marine world. There’s no requirement for financial investment. It’s about building something real and sustainable, together.
